As a white glove service, we provide all materials for your Christmas and holiday lighting needs. All our materials are commercial grade and of the highest quality. Unfortunately we cannot install customer supplied lights as we are unsure of the quality and we cannot provide any maintenance or warranty.
Does the customer own the lights?
Our service model is leasing. To provide warranty on service and products, we install, maintain, and take down our lights. We also store them during the off season to ensure they are properly maintained. Our service includes all necessary replacement of materials due to damage or age.
How quickly are service calls handled?
We will handle all maintenance calls within 24 to 48 hours. Since we only use high quality commercial grade products, we don’t anticipate any issues. But, if any problems arise, we will take care of it promptly.
How much does the service cost?
The cost really depends on your lighting design. Our packages start at $750 and up. We offer a free, no obligation quote for all designs.
