We handle everything from regular checks to bulb replacements, so your home or business stays beautifully lit, night after night.
What’s Included
Monthly inspection
Every month, we visit your property after dark to ensure your lights are on and functioning correctly.
Lightbulb Replacement
We replace any dim or non-working bulbs as soon as we find them. Labor is included; bulbs can be billed separately or bundled depending on your plan.
Monthly Fixture Cleaning
Fixtures are cleaned to remove dirt, spider webs, water spots, and debris that can reduce light output and appearance.
Quarterly System Tune-Ups
We inspect connections, adjust fixture angles, and verify that timers and controllers are set for seasonal conditions.

Initial Service & Baseline Setup
Your first visit includes a full inspection to establish a performance baseline. We’ll fix any existing issues and replace non-working bulbs.
Ongoing Maintenance
From there, you’ll enjoy regular visits that keep your system running smoothly—with no surprises. We handle inspections, cleaning, bulb changes, and seasonal tune-ups on your behalf.
Basic Package
$25/month (starting)
With the basic package, Stafford Lights will make sure your lights are in working order. Bulbs not included

Additional fixtures: $10 per 10 fixtures.

Shine Bright Package
$40/month (starting)
Which the Shine Bright package, all bulb replacements are included! You'll never buy a bulb again! Fixture repairs are billed separately..

Diamond Package
$60/month (starting)
All the benefits of the Shine Bright package, but with an on-call service. If a bulb goes out between checks, call us and we'll fix it within 48 hours.
