Before we start, we perform a thorough audit of your existing lighting. If upgrades are needed, we’ll recommend solutions. Labor is included—just pay for parts.

Your first visit includes a full inspection to establish a performance baseline. We’ll fix any existing issues and replace non-working bulbs.
Ongoing Maintenance
From there, you’ll enjoy regular visits that keep your system running smoothly—with no surprises. We handle inspections, cleaning, bulb changes, and seasonal tune-ups on your behalf.
Shine Bright Package
$50/month (starting)
Which the Shine Bright package, all bulb replacements are included! You'll never buy a bulb again! Fixture repairs are billed separately..
Up to 50 feet of lighting.
Additional lights: $25 per 25 feet.
Diamond Package
$100/month (starting)
All the benefits of the Shine Bright package, but with an on-call service and full replacement coverage. If a bulb goes out between checks, call us and we'll fix it within 48 hours. Full replacement for acts of vandalism or Mother Nature.
Up to 50 feet of lighting.
Additional lights: $50 per 25 feet.
